Payment And Refund Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. If a refund is warranted under this policy:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work

Ongoing Maintenance

Trees and shrubs require regular maintenance to remain healthy and attractive. We recommend scheduling periodic services to maintain the results of our work. Our team can provide customized maintenance schedules based on your landscape needs.

Emergency Services

For emergency tree services such as storm damage or hazardous tree removal, our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of work performed. However, the urgency of emergency situations may limit certain service options.
